After reinstalling the wallet, I have 0 balance. How can I fix this?

Did you copy/paste your seed words?

You might have accidentally copied a space. Follow these instructions:


1) Close the client
2) Rename your wallet.dat to wallet.dat.old
3) Open the client again
4) Type in the correct 24 word recovery phrase with optional password.

Use the same password as before. so TYPE the words, don't copy/paste them...

Whatever i do i can't seem to sync / my blockcount is not the same as explorer ?

Safest thing is to do a full resync; here is how, depending on the OS you use :

WINDOWS

Shut down wallet then in windows explorer go to C:/Users/*your_user_name*/Appdata/Roaming
1/ in the "DarkPay" folder, delete everything EXCEPT wallet.dat / wallet
2/ in the "DarkPay Desktop" folder, delete the darkpayd folder
3/ launch Desktop app wallet
It will donwload new daemon and make a full clean sync

MAC OS

Shut down wallet then in Finder go to ~/Library/Application Support/
1/ in the "DarkPay" folder, delete everything EXCEPT wallet.dat / wallet
2/ in the "DarkPay Desktop" folder, delete the darkpayd folder
3/ launch Desktop app wallet
It will donwload new daemon and make a full clean sync

LINUX

Shut down wallet then in shell or explorer :
1/ in the "/home/*your_username*/darkpay" folder, delete everything EXCEPT wallet.dat / wallet
2/ in the "/home/*your_username*/.config/DarkPay Desktop" folder, delete the darkpayd folder
3/ launch Desktop app wallet
It will donwload new daemon and make a full clean sync
